This house is a great two unit house next to the Ludington Municipal Marina where you can dock your boat and walk to the house. We are walking distance to the beach, harbor, the Badger and downtown. This cottage is a charming home with the lower unit having a large deck in the back and a large front porch to sit out and watch the Badger comes to port. The upstairs unit has a small deck off the back and a back yard to sit out and enjoy the summer nights. Both units are fully furnished with a washer and dryer, cable TV, WIFI and a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. If you don’t want to cook, you are walking distance to the downtown area with some of the finest restaurants and bars. Take a walk along Pere Marquette lake or out to the lighthouse on Stearns Beach. So much to do and see just blocks away.
